Our clinicians are currently accepting new clients within New York State for both individual and couples therapy.

An initial consultation will consist of a 45 minute conversation to learn about you, assess your needs, and help you determine if therapy with me might be a good fit. Consultation sessions are 100% free.

Each individual provider determines their per-session rates. Provider fees range from $50-250 per session. We offer sliding scale sessions on a need-based basis.

Services are eligible for reimbursement if you have out-of-network mental/behavioral health coverage.

All sessions are conducted via telehealth.

Life Coaching

If you are not located within New York State, we can work together through a life coaching agreement. Coaching services are not reimbursable by insurance. If you are interested in life coaching sessions, please contact Peter at peter@psmhc.com.
