Nadia Lyall, MHC-LP
Psychotherapist
Nadia Lyall, MHC-LP (she/they) meets clients with warmth, humor, and genuine curiosity. As a queer, Latina feminist, Nadia brings an anti-oppressive lens to therapy, believing that healing is both personal and political. Whether you’re untangling old patterns or simply trying to survive a tough week, therapy with Nadia offers a space where you don’t have to perform. You get to be as complex, contradictory, and tender as you are.
Nadia’s style is collaborative, emotionally attuned, and a little bit playful. They draw from psychodynamic and mindfulness-based frameworks, along with positive psychology and Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT). Nadia helps clients make meaning of their past while noticing how it echoes in the present. They believe in the power of insight and also the power in building tools for self-compassion, regulation, and choice.
Nadia works with adults navigating anxiety, perfectionism, cultural identity, and relational challenges, particularly around jealousy, boundaries, and conflict in romantic and platonic relationships. Nadia’s work is grounded in the belief that therapy isn’t about being fixed, it’s about being understood.
