Nupur Vaghasia, MHC-LP

Psychotherapist

Nupur (she/her) is a warm, trauma-informed therapist who creates space for clients to feel seen, heard, and supported just as they are. She works with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, identity questions, relationships, and family stress, and the quiet weight of holding everything together. Many of her clients come to therapy feeling disconnected from themselves, others, or the life they thought they were supposed to be living.

Sessions with Nupur are collaborative and grounding. She offers gentle structure, while letting your voice lead, creating space to slow down and understand the emotional patterns and protective strategies that have helped you survive but may no longer be serving you. Guided by curiosity, care, and deep respect for your story, she helps you reconnect with parts of yourself that have long deserved compassion and attention.

Nupur is especially attuned to emotional struggles that may not show on the outside, like chronic self-doubt, guilt, shame, or feeling ‘too much’ or ‘not enough.’ Therapy with her is rooted in both depth and tenderness. If you’re hoping to explore your inner world, make sense of your experiences, and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who you are, she would be honored to support you.
